Fifty-One East Water Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

On-Line Bill Pay

You can now pay your bill 24-7.  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Check or savings account.  You can also set up this option as a recurring payment to be taken out each month. Using this service, you are able to pick your own payment date. Click the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button on the right to get started.  You may choose to receive e-bills using this service.


Pay by Phone

Call 877-885-7968 for automated service, available 24/7.  To speak to an operator, call 866-917-7368 choose option 1,  Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm (CST), Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm (CST).

 You can also call our office (405)372-1151 and we can help you make your payment over the phone with credit card, debit card, checking or savings accounts any time between 8:00am and 3:30pm Monday thru Friday.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  When mailing payment in, please make sure you are using this address:

Otherwise, it will come to the office instead of straight to the processing agent.  This could add extra days to when your payment is made, since we do not take cash or check payments at the office.


Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account.  The draft is processed on the 15th of each month.  If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment processes the followng business day. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download or print the EFT form, located in the Forms & Reports Section.  Fill it out and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.  You will continue to receive a statement in the mail each month.  For e-billing, automatic payments using a credit/debit card, or to select a day other than the 15th, see On-Line Bill Pay above.


Payment Drop-off Locations

You may pay your bill in person at any of The First National Bank of Weatherford locations,  formerly Citizens State Bank.  They are located at 2100 East 6th (NE corner of Jardot and 6th Street), 4611 West 6th Street (west of Stillwater on 6th Street, before you get to Wal-Mart) and 301 Woolsey Ave (in Morrison).  You can even drop them in the night deposit.  They accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  For the saftey and security of our staff, we no longer accept cash, check or money order bill payments at the office.


Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions, such as major banks, offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
