51 East Water customers are asked to voluntarily conserve water and to avoid unnecessary watering.  Our main water supplier, Stillwater, has requested its customers to be aware of water usage during this extended heat wave.  The Stillwater treatment plant is producing 16 million gallons of water per day.  The plant's capacity is 18 million gallons per day, and typical summer peak demand is 13 million gallons per day.
